Project Description
Partial demolition of existing hotel and the construction of two-storey building. The remainder of building is to be renovated with bars, kitchen and toilets on ground floor and en suite bedrooms on first floor plus fast food takeaway.
CRGP provided a Project Monitoring Role to the funder, the Bank of Scotland.
Works completed on time and to budget.
