CRGP Surveyors designed and managed this new build home on an elevated site on the south side of Loch Tay.
Sadly the original Myrtle Cottage was destroyed by fire and the aim for its replacement was to a provide a modern, accessible and well-insulated home that would be economical to run and take full advantage of the fantastic views over Loch Tay.
Stone from the original home was retained and incorporated within a new fire surround and the boundary walls.
Construction works were carried out by Total Reinstatement Services. The timber kit was manufactured and supplied by Rob Roy Homes.
