Project Description
CRGP provided a Project Monitoring role for this 3-storey, sustainable office block at West of Scotland Science Park, Maryhill, Glasgow.
Designed and constructed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and Energy Performance Certificate ‘A’ ratings, the project incorporates many sustainable features such as a wind turbine and air source heat pumps.
