CRGP Surveyors provided Building Surveying, Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to the owners and Property Managers of Academy Gate, Rutherglen.
Academy Gate is a residential development within the former Stonelaw High School building, converted to flats around the year 2000.
A serious outbreak of dry rot was discovered below the concrete floor slab of a common atrium. 6 properties required to be decanted to allow the original floor to be removed, rot eradication works carried out and a new concrete slab floor installed.
