Settlement Damage Reinstatement, 72 Laurel Street, Glasgow
Reinstatement of three upper tenement flats after emergency ground floor structural works were organised by Glasgow City Council Building Control.
Close consultation with structural engineers to devise method that would return accommodations to original condition. The work involved extensive plaster removal, installation of structural steel and full redecoration. Works completed within the estimated period of eight weeks.
