Reinstatement of public house over two floors extensively damaged by water resulting from severe fire within nightclub above.
The property was completely stripped-out and reinstated with new bar construction and finishes including provision of accessible facilities.
CRGP Surveyors provided Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Principal Designer roles.
