Project Description
The project comprised the refurbishment of the Grade B Listed Victorian Townhouse at 3 Belhaven Terrace in Glasgow’s West End, creating three modern flats, including two duplex flats.
The property was in a poor state of disrepair and involved working closely with the Local Authority and Historic Scotland to obtain planning approval, and Listed Building Consent.
The project was completed on time, and on budget.
