Project Description
CRGP Surveyors were appointed to oversee the reinstatement of several Church of Scotland properties in the West of Scotland following damage sustained from burst pipes.
The pandemic lockdowns had left many properties, including places of worship, unattended for several months and during early 2021 a cold spell caused burst pipes to various properties.
The works included the strip out of floor finishes, part wall finishes, fixtures and fittings, followed by drying works and reinstatement. Many properties included large areas of specialist hardwood flooring, some of which were then marked out for sport such as badminton courts.
