Project Description
CRGP Surveyors provided Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Principal Designer services for the extensive fire damage reinstatement works completed at West Lothian Leisure’s Xcite Whitburn Leisure Centre.
The facility provides a fantastic venue and community hub offering a great range of activities in the pool, gym, fitness studio, spin studio and soft play area.
Reinstatement works included a new structure over the pool, new plant rooms, seating/viewing areas, relining and retiling of the main and teaching pools, new changing village, sauna and steam rooms, reception, 3-tier ‘SpaceBugs’ soft play area, gym and fitness studio areas.
The gym has the latest Technogym Equipment which is integrated for internet use, while a relaxed seating area offers free Wi-Fi access.
